To initiate a refund, please email us from the email address associated with your ZestPush account. Ensure you provide all necessary details to verify your account and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Once your return is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days. However, in case of any discrepancies or issues, it may take up to 1 month for the refund to be processed.
As ZestPush is a SaaS platform, no shipping costs are involved. Any applicable service charges are not refundable.
